[PAID] [QB] - Vehicle Rental

Hi, this is my second public relase.

It’s just simple vehicle rental without known bugs.
Easily configurable.

-QBCore only
-All thing are configurable in config.lua and client.lua
-Cpu ms: 0.00 when idle, when near marker up to 0.09
