[QB][ESX] Flight testing and licensing

ngd-flighttest is a user-friendly script designed to incorporate flight testing and licensing into your FiveM server, that also features a custom UI. This script offers two distinct testing options: helicopter and airplane. It comes with convenient pre-configurations that enable the utilization of either built-in QB metadata licenses, ESX_licenses or QB/OX Inventory physical items with metadata.

• Fully customizable routes, licenses, prices, etc.
• Custom UI
• Configurable damage checks to see if a player damages an aircraft that will disqualify their test.
• Configurable distance checks that will despawn the vehicle if they player goes too far from the next waypoint.
• Built in support for QB licenses and QB/OX inventory items with metadata. (QB Version)
• Built in support for ESX_licenses or ox_inventory item with metadata (ESX Version)
• Discord logs
• Server sided money checks to prevent money exploits.
• Can require an item (such as a voucher) to start the test
• Can deposit money paid into a society account
