[g-scoreboardV2] [ESX - QBCore] Advanced scoreboard with robbery progress status player information and job counts and heists.

Features

• My Information - shows the information of the player who opens the scoreboard.
• Player List - shows all the players currently in the server.
• Heist List - displays the available heists in the server.
• Jobs List + Count - shows the jobs from config.lua, retrieves the job list from the config, and displays the total job player count.
• scoreboard positions - left | right | center
• Players can see whether a robbery is in progress or not
