[ESX] Vehicle's inspection

Hello, I made a vehicle’s inspection script for those who maybe want to add a bit more roleplay thing to your server?
In order to drive around the city freely, you go to the mechanic’s and pass your vehicle’s inspection, so the cops in the city wont give you a fine for no insurance. Police can take your inspection, for numerous things.

• Script is optimized to: 0.00ms.

• Vehicle’s inspection validation is staying on the license plates.

• Mechanic job from grade X can give out vehicle’s inspection, and also take it. ( Editable job and grade.)

• Police job from grade X can take vehicle’s inspection. (Editable job and grade, also can enable that they can also give out vehicle’s inspection.)

• Editable webhooks, enable disable. Sends a webhook on given out inspection, and also taken out inspection.

• You can also turn on that vehicle’s inspection costs to pass.

• Editable validity days, how long the vehicle’s inspection stays after fresh inspection.

• Editable progressbar, notification function.

• Supports: bulletin, rprogress, mythic_notify, okokNotify, progressBars
