Tablet LSPD

This script is a complete tablet for the LSPD allowing to add citizens in the files of the tablet and then consult, add, modify the record of this citizen, the reports on this citizen, the complaints he has filed, the vehicles he has, the prison sentences he has served and the fines he has received.

My English is not perfect I tried to translate as well as possible but if there is really a big problem you can easily fix it
