Developer Menu
- The Developer Menu allows you to fully customize every garage directly in-game, without editing any config files.
- You can create new garages, delete existing ones, or modify every detail of a garage through an intuitive interface.
- Configure garage slots, garage type, allowed vehicle categories, job-only access, purchase permissions, and the Realistic Parking setting—all within the menu.
- This system gives server owners complete control and flexibility to build and manage their garage system live and efficiently.
Pre-Configured Garages & Parking Slots
- When you purchase the script, everything is ready to go—no setup required.
- The script comes with over 170 carefully placed garages and more than 2700 parking spots, already configured and optimized for immediate use.
- All you need to do is customize the system to your liking and enjoy the seamless garage experience right out of the box.
Realistic Parking vs. Normal Parking
- The garage system offers two distinct modes: Realistic Parking and Normal Parking.
Realistic Parking Mode
- When you park a vehicle in a garage slot, it stays physically parked at that exact location in the world.
- These parked vehicles are fully interactive—police can issue fines or impound them, adding a layer of immersion and realism.
- Concerned about FPS drops? You can enable a prop replacement system that spawns vehicle-type-appropriate props instead of fully loaded vehicles.
- This helps reduce performance impact by replacing complex vehicles with lightweight static props.
Normal Parking Mode
- Functions like traditional garage systems: when a vehicle is parked, it is despawned from the world.
- When retrieved from the garage, it is spawned back at the desired location.
- This mode is ideal for users who prefer performance efficiency over realism.
Per-Garage Customization
- You can configure each garage individually—some can use Realistic Parking while others stay in Normal mode, depending on location and gameplay preference.
Impound, Insurance & Police Fine System
What is the Impound System?
- If a vehicle is outside and gets deleted without being parked properly, it will automatically be impounded.
- Impounded vehicles can be retrieved by paying a fee, which depends on whether the vehicle is insured and whether it has any police fines.
- This system ensures players take care of where and how they leave their vehicles.
How Does the Insurance System Work?
- Every vehicle must have insurance.
- Insurance can be purchased from NPCs located at specific spots on the map.
- Insurance costs are based on the vehicle’s market value and last for 30 in-game days.
- Insured vehicles pay a much lower impound retrieval fee.
- Uninsured vehicles, on the other hand, face increasing impound costs each time they are retrieved without insurance.
What is the Police Fine System?
- Police officers can issue two types of penalties to vehicles via a dedicated menu or by writing custom fines:
- Monetary fines
- Vehicle holding time (impound duration)
- When a player tries to retrieve a fined vehicle from impound, all penalties will be clearly displayed.
- To reclaim the vehicle:
- Players must pay all outstanding monetary fines.
- If the vehicle is under a holding period, they must either wait until the timer ends or pay an additional fee to bypass the remaining time.
Job-Based Garages
- Create dedicated garages for each job on your server.
- Players can purchase job-specific vehicles from these garages, with access determined by their job grade.
- Only players employed in the corresponding job can access and use these garages.
- This feature allows for a more structured and roleplay-driven vehicle system, tailored to each profession.
Extra & Livery Menu
- Players can customize the extras and liveries of their vehicles in real-time using the
/extra
command.
- Adjust and personalize your vehicle’s appearance on-the-fly for a more immersive gameplay experience.
Retrieve Vehicle from Other Garages
- Players can pay a fee to have their vehicle delivered from another garage to their current location.
- This adds convenience for players who forgot where they parked or need quick access to a specific vehicle without traveling.
Garage Rental System
- Players can rent garages for a set price and earn passive income from parking fees paid by others who use that garage.
- If a player fails to pay the rental fee on time, ownership of the garage is revoked.
- This system introduces a new economic element, allowing players to invest in property and generate income through garage management.
