[QBCore][PAID] Creel-Billing (Billing/invoice system)

Hello!
This is my first script posting on the fivem forums, i made this script a while back since I could not find a script that suited my needs - I originally made it for ox_lib with QBCore but I’ve added the option to use qb-menu and qb-input if wanted.

Features

• Full qb-menu/input and ox_lib support.
• Ability to bill nearby players, Player ID and Player’s Firstname and Lastname will show in menu.
• Once players are billed, they have the option to accept or decline the bill.
• Both parties of the bill get notification if the bill is paid or not.
• Allows players that are “boss” in their respective jobs to have the ability to transfer society money from one job to another job.
• When billing, the player is attempted to been withdrawn from the bank first, if that fails then it will try cash on hand.
• Every action is logged with 2 webhooks in config.lua.
• Support for custom qb-core/qb-menu/qb-input renames.
