[ESX] Balloon Shotting/Selling (Gas canisters, Laughing gas, nitrous oxide)

This is a very simple, yet effective way too make money in your city! This works for ESX Legacy however, If you purchase this for any other version of ESX I will gladly help convert it!!

Pay a small fee, Start the job and get earning money by selling Balloons! Too make it a bit more spicey we’ve added the option to where the car is stolen and players must use the stolen car to sell the balloons, Adding roleplay too your police officers! (This can be removed, tweaked or adjusted!) The item can be used and give players a effect of being on nitrous oxide!
