INTODUCTION :

gangs need to collect reputation in each zone to participate on the turf day !
gangs could take territories (zones) only on the turf day.
winners will get a daily reward, each zone has her own reward.
gangs will collect reputations by doing tasks you choose.
you can make them rob stores or sell drugs or wherever you like !you will get more information about the way you will do that in readme!
only moderators could start or stop the turf day,
simple interface to allow gangs to see their reputations in each territory and see the chronometre that they will need on the turf day.
the gangs will have a limit time to take the territories on the turf day

Almost everything is configurable!
