[QB] NL CharUI

Description:
Hello, due to the reason that we had a lot of inquiries regarding our old char select, which is not for sale, but was made only and only for show on our server, we decided to make a much better and better character select. The script was completed within 24 hours. It works more or less identically to default qb-multicharacter , but there are quite a few things added in config.lua. The code is extremely simple and short like FrontAnd and BackAnd. The script is pretty well optimized. The script was written very quickly and it is possible that there are bugs, if you find them we will be extremely grateful.
