[ESX/QB][Release][Paid] UG-Parkingmeter

Underground Custom now released script named “UG-Parkingmeter”.

Very Thanks my friend “Ensboi” for recreating him script GitHub - enscskn/eth-parkingmeter .

Script support diferent target system and now dispatch system too.
