DS Bank loans [PAID][FREE TRIAL][SUB][ESX/QB]

Introduction

This script allows the server owner to set various points where players can request loans, with configurable minimum and maximum ranges for both the loan amount and the total installments the user chooses to repay. Additionally, the script lets you set the duration for each installment, measured in actual in-game minutes played by the player. You can configure an interest rate for each installment, customizable per each point created in the config. There’s also a blacklist system, which enables the owner to specify the number of times installments can be paid with a negative bank balance (they will still be forcibly withdrawn). Once this limit is reached, the user will no longer be able to request loans until the blacklist value for that user is reset to 0 in the database. Furthermore, there’s an option to pay off a loan early, which may include an early repayment fee set in the config. The early repayment calculation is interest-free, which is why a fee option was added to prevent potential abuse.
Possible idea: you can use passive production and set the document production for loan release to who has banker job and set a long time to get it (1/2 h)

  • Interest Management
    • Interest Fund:
      • All loan interest earnings are deposited into this fund.
      • This fund is separate from the capital fund.
      • It is used to pay salaries or cover other banking expenses.
  • Administrative Management
    • Chief Configuration:
      • The bank job chief can manage both funds:
        • Interest Fund (for profits and salaries).
        • Capital Fund (for loan disbursement).
      • Configurable options include:
        • Setting employee salaries.
        • Monitoring and managing separate revenues (interest and capital).
  • Salary Management
    • Employee Salaries:
      • Employees with the bank job are paid salaries exclusively from the interest fund.
      • Salaries are configurable by the chief.
  • Capital Management
    • Capital Fund:
      • Used for loans granted to clients.
      • Kept separate from the interest fund.
      • Can be enabled or disabled at the server owner discretion:
        • Enabled: Loaned capital is deducted from the fund.
        • Disabled: Capital is not deducted from the fund.

Installation

• Download and place the ds-bankloans folder in your server’s resource directory.
• Configure config.lua to set up:
• Framework selection (ESX or QBCore)
• Config the config.lua
• Update fxmanifest.lua to set the correct framework dependency.
