Police Folder/Billing & Charging

This script will allow your pd to charge player with offenses and bill them at the same time,

Police that send bills get 33% of the fine as a reward.
You can issue Defects to players vehicles and the script will send it to 2 discord web hooks PD & Mechanic ( You can edit this)
Script automatically adds the charges on to the players Convictions (PS-MDT only)
You can search for the fine in the search bar or lookup manually
