OVERVIEW

After decades of drought, questionable water management, and a city council convinced that “the ocean will refill itself,” Harper’s & C.O. proudly presents:

The Canal Infrastructure Expansion Project — a brand-new network of navigable waterways built from repurposed wastewater, emergency dam discharges, and pure civil engineering optimism.

These canals transform forgotten land into vibrant urban corridors, support renewable energy (accidentally, but it counts), and provide fresh routes for boats, RP, and completely unauthorized maritime activity.

P.D.: To save money on filtration systems, we installed a special type of algae that devours any remaining “unwanted leftovers” before the water reaches the ocean. Eco-friendly… and budget-friendly.

Fully Navigable Waterways

A complete canal layout you can explore with boats, dinghies and any light vessel — no broken collisions, no invisible walls, no “why can’t I pass here?” moments.

3 New Modern Design Bridges

Custom-built modern bridge structures designed to reinforce their pillars and withstand the increased water flow throughout the canal network.

Temporary Docking Zones

Small maritime access points for roleplay or deliveries.
Not approved by the Harbor Authority yet — so enjoy them while they last.
