The entire complex consists of three separate buildings:

Office & Waiting Area – A well-designed space where customers can wait while their vehicles are being repaired. This building also houses the service office, where job orders are handled, and the workshop’s finances are managed.

Locker Room & Kitchen – A separate building dedicated to employees, providing a place to change and relax. The fully equipped kitchen allows staff to prepare meals during long shifts.

Garage & Repair Area – The main workspace for mechanics, divided into three repair bays, a paint booth, and a special room that comes in two versions:

Hidden Version (Crime) – Perfect for those running less-than-legal operations within the workshop. This space can be used for manufacturing, storage, or selling illicit goods away from the watchful eyes of law enforcement.
Standard Version (Legal) – Designed for players who prefer a traditional gameplay experience. It includes workstations for crafting parts and a storage area for tools and materials needed for daily operations.
Additionally, outside the workshop, there is a car wash, allowing for quick and convenient vehicle cleaning.

Refined Exterior – The workshop’s surroundings have been left largely unchanged to maintain the original atmosphere and layout. This ensures that players can still take advantage of well-known escape routes from the police and alternative getaway paths, making the workshop even more valuable for those who prefer operating on the edge of the law.

The entire design has been created to meet the expectations of both honest mechanics and those who prefer to conduct business in the shadows.
