OVERVIEW
As Los Santos continues to grow faster than its infrastructure, the city once again faced a familiar problem:
too many people, not enough space.

While officials argued over zoning laws and permits, Harper’s & C.O. stepped in with a more… practical solution.

The Modern Little Seoul Redevelopment Project focuses on increasing urban density, improving atmosphere, and expanding everyday life in one of the city’s most active districts.
Yes, we added buildings where there wasn’t much room left.
And yes — we may have created a couple of highly populated micro-neighborhoods.
They’re cozy. We promise.

WHAT’S NEW

Urban Expansion & Decoration
New buildings, detailed facades, and themed props designed to make Little Seoul feel alive and functional.

Neon Atmosphere & Lighting
Custom neon signs, night lighting, and ambient effects to reinforce the district’s identity after dark.

Neighborhood Bar & Liquor Store
One small bar (licensed… probably) and a liquor store added to support RP and nightlife.
