[ESX] [QB] JobGarage V2

It’s finally here! The stronger, lighter and faster JobGarage

What has changed?
- All jobs in 1 script
- Full Config Control
- QB support
- Make your own garages for specific jobs (for example add a FedEx Job yourself)
- New design, with custom animations
- Vehicles can no longer spawn on each other
- Create multiple Garages for 1 job, in the config
- Grades supported, allow specific cars for specific grades
- Add cars through database
- Custom images
- Support with the setup (if needed)
