[UPDATE] I add “FR” notifications translate | Optimisation of “Config.Time”

I put ESX notification and create item founction (You can change it for your Framework)

With an item, you can cut the electricity of the city (For a robbery for exemple)

In the “config.lua” you can change some stuff:

• Active/desactive FR Translation
• Active/desactive Notification
• Active/desactive Sound notification
• Active/desactive Command (/blackout)
• Picture of Advanced notifications
• Time of blackout duration (By default: 60 seconds)
