[QBCore][ESX] Escort Walking Animation

Description

A5 Escort introduces a new way for police to interact with players. It is a replacement for the escort animation where the player will actually walk with the officer (or criminal) instead of being dragged in the air. This is a very nice script to have in your RP server.
