Full Description

Walteria.net Labs – Handcuff Script (wlabs_handcuff)

wlabs_handcuff is a lightweight handcuff system built for realistic FiveM roleplay.
The script is designed around clean paired animations, proper player interaction, and minimal performance impact.

Cuffing is primarily handled through ox_target for natural in-world interaction, while still allowing fast, item-based aggressive cuffing when situations escalate.

Features

  • Front and back cuffing
  • Soft and aggressive cuffing styles
  • Fully synced paired animations
  • Drag / escort system for cuffed players
  • Collision detection while dragging to prevent clipping
  • Put cuffed players into vehicles
  • Remove cuffed players from vehicles
  • Item-based handcuffs and keys
  • Job whitelist support
  • Admin uncuff command
  • Support for third-party handcuff props
  • ox_lib radialmenu
  • commands to cuff and uncuff

Handcuff Prop

Handcuff Prop

The handcuff prop can be swapped for third-party props.
Custom props are supported if you want to match your server’s equipment style.

Front Cuffing

Front Cuffing

Front cuffing allows limited movement for the cuffed player.
Useful for more natural roleplay instead of full immobilization.

Interaction Design

  • ox_target is used for immersive cuffing interactions
  • Items can be used directly for aggressive cuffing when speed is required
  • Paired animations ensure both players stay properly synced

Performance

  • 0.00ms resmon while idle
  • ~0.02ms while dragging a player
