This is a real breathalyzer with a exclusive in game object (same as the picture (without G logo)).

The script is in LUA but for ESX only, add item into your database (or use sql file, think to change the item label to have it in your language).

When you use item, you have it in hand and can select nearby players to start breathalyzer.
To breath, player must alternately press Q then E
Using “drunk” value from esx_status.

All key and times are customizable.
