Description
This mod aims to add (rather than replace) additions to Vespucci Beach.

Starting with the North-most side of Vespucci, currently a new garage & meeting area has been constructed (v0.015). With modern upholstery and a simple design, it allows for new pathways and docks to be added along the coastline.

With the garage, includes the first plot which we will refer to as our foundation. In its current state, it contains the beginnings of our garden, which will also house our multi-storey hotel & separate restaurant. This will be the most elevated point allowing a full view of the beach, looking South, and new views towards the North (Chumash).

Our next focus will be completing the garden, and the hotel + restaurant exteriors. This will also include an outdoor pool extension to the existing garage (v0.02).
Suggestions for branding is highly encouraged.
Interiors will follow, as well as a separated, VIP beachfront area with its own bar, and more luxury facilities.
