Features

mileage only counts for vehicles that someone owns.
It is possible to twist the mileage on the vehicle.
It is possible to overwrite a twisted mileage back to the original mileage.
If the mileage twist fails or the mileage rewrites fails, the vehicle becomes immobile and can be repaired with a repair kit.
