[MLO] - Police Dog Base

I have decided to make an MLO for the Police Dog handlers as they seem to get forgotten about. This dog base is located in the beautiful Vinewood hills with an awesome overlook look of the city. It has quick access to the city and the county so the drive times to jobs will be limited. Hope you enjoy!

This MLO replaces the Beaver Bush Park Ranger station
