[QBCore][PAID] Meth Table Script

Anywhere place able Meth tables script

• Each table will be unique and have a unique table id assigned to it.
• Tables are now persistent through restarts
• Tables are removed from inventory when placed and added when you pick it up
• Configure if the person who placed the table can only pick it up
• Added lot of checks to detect invalid items with no metadata
• After use, table and player goes on cooldown so they cant spam it.
• Based on the sliders chosen by player, the quality of the meth will be different.
• Each player will have his own unique knob variables with which it will be compared
• Explosion factor added if quality is lower than a threshold (configurable in Config)
• Highly configurable script along with support for okokNotify and pNotify
