[iCore] iRoulette, casino roulette game

Roulette is one of populator game in casino, now it’s available for iCore framework.

Features:

• Configurable tables.
• Player with another players.
• Have full bet type, just use mouse to move and click to bet.
• Optimized with all my best, 0.00ms when idle. 0.1 or more when in betting stage (because render draw every frame)

Work in process:

• Try to change render betting stage to NUI for more optimized. But may have conflict with some game screen settings.
