[QBCORE/ESX] Advanced Motels - Metadata Supported Teleport Motels and MLO motels

This Motel system works with the latest versions of ESX Legacy, ESX V1 and QBCore Frameworks.

• You can create as many motels and rooms as you want.
• Each room has its own private key.
• Cops can raid police rooms without a room key.
• Room rent invoices are issued to the players within a certain period of time.
• Players with unpaid invoices cannot open the doors of their motel rooms.
• Players can earn money by buying and operating motels.
• Motel with Teleport or Motel with MLO, whichever you want, you can run both in the same add-on.
• ox_inventory - qb-inventory - It can work with qs-inventory and inventories with metadata infrastructure.
• Compatible with okokBilling & gks-phone & esx_billing & qb-phone. (Whichever you are using)
• Players can copy or renew their room keys by going to the room management.
• Players own a safe in the motel company they bought.
