FEATURES:

ASSESSABILITY:

• All rooms locked
• Real estate has the ability to unlock an non-owned room
• Owned rooms are locked to the players citizen id

RENTAL:

• Players can Rent room for up to 1 month.

OPTIMIZATIONS:

• Creation of targets/peds/room is used at minimal cost
• Motel Ped created when entering motels poly
• All rooms created upon entering motels poly
• All qb-targets get created upon entering motel room poly if the room is owned
• If a room is not owned and real estate unlocks it for preview the targets do not get created
• Owned room Marker will only be visible while your in the motels poly if you have a room

TARGETS:

1. WARDROBES

• Open for use to anyone in an owned room

2. STASHES

• Locked to room owners
• Only non food items can be placed (configurable items)
• Tied to room not player (this means if items left next player to rent the room will see leftover items in the stash)

3. REFRIDERATORS

• Open for use to anyone in an owned room
• Only food items can be placed (configurable items)
• Tied to room not player (this means if items left next player to rent the room will see leftover items in the refrigerator)
