Entire project was made to give you the best mechanicexperience & use for Roleplay.

Includes
- New Exterior building design without graffiti
- New Interior design with many decorations
- New Office & Chill lounge on upper level with billard
- New mechanic area under the lounge with new mechanic tools
- New mechanic tools & car parts in main tuning area
- Two usable carlifts (need external script for Vehicle Teleport)
