Tuning

This is an update showcase to CW Tuning. TLDR for the script: Parts based, highly customizable, tuning script which allows you to directly modify the performance of all parts. You can scale this from having one upgrade part that does everything to having different types of bolts holding the engine together for better performance. Built in support for parts-shops with OX Inventory.

The new stuff, since release:

• Engine Swaps. Can be easily created and use whatever engine sound you want. Effect varies depending on vehicle weight.
• Swappable gearboxes (using cw-gearbox to handle gearing)
• ESX support and basically a removal of as much core logic as possible (can be used with ox lib and inventory only if you skip job requirements)

And copious amounts of bugfixes
