Thomas - Staff Area + Duty System

Hello all, here is a script i created for my community, this allows your players to go on and off staff duty within your server, as well as logging the time spent on duty, this is then logged to discord as well as printed in chat. There is also an Admin area system within this, allowing your team to set and clear admin areas, within the admin areas, all people inside will be forced into passive mode, will not be able to spawn vehicles etc.
