HARPER’S & C.O. — CENTRAL HIGHWAY RECLAMATION PROJECT

“Because if criminals can’t escape, traffic still will.”

:construction: OVERVIEW

After years of high-speed pursuits, structural neglect, and questionable city planning, Harper’s & C.O. proudly returns with a bold new urban improvement plan:

The Central Highway Reclamation Project — a complete overhaul of Los Santos’ main urban highway.

Our team has repaired broken guardrails, patched the escape holes criminals used to love, and introduced a range of aesthetic and environmental upgrades — all while avoiding the city’s official permits (as usual).

:city_sunset: WHAT’S NEW

:brick: Structural Repairs:
Every known “criminal shortcut” has been sealed with professional-grade concrete (and a touch of vengeance).

:loud_sound: Sound Barriers:
New acoustic walls to protect local residents from the soothing screams of traffic.

:art: Graffiti Additions:
Handcrafted urban art by Los Santos’ most persistent vandals — preserved for authenticity.

:deciduous_tree: Green Initiative:
More trees, less smog. Our unofficial “Clean Air Division” planted vegetation to absorb the chaos this highway produces daily.

:gear: FEATURES

  • Fixed highway breaches and broken geometry
  • Added sound barriers along central sections
  • Integrated graffiti layers for visual realism
