Mafia Hideout v2 - harbor, water tunnel exit

Hi guys coming with interior update! Mafia Hideout was made by me long time ago. I wasnt really satisfied with the results so i decided to spice some things up. New release coming with new location of the interior, harbor with water exit, entity sets with arena for fighting and some small updates! Hope u will like it! Every ideas to change something or add would be great.
