Newspaper is a fully redesigned, interactive journalism system built for FiveM, offering a more polished, optimized, and immersive media experience than ever before.
Players can take on roles like Manager, Editor, Printer, or Distributor, each contributing to the complete life cycle of producing and delivering newspapers across the city. Every step of the process has been rebuilt with smoother UI, better performance, and modern in-game workflows.
Managers have full operational authority — they can recruit staff, assign roles, adjust company earnings, and manage the centralized cashbox. Pricing control remains exclusively in their hands, allowing them to directly influence revenue, profitability, and the overall growth of the business.
Editors work with the new visual design interface, redesigned from the ground up for the Newspaper. They can build layouts, add images, write articles, and manage the newspaper’s structure entirely in-game. Once their work is finalized, Printers take over with the updated printing system, producing physical copies that carry versioned and persistent data. These copies are then passed to Distributors for real-time delivery throughout the city.
Distribution boxes now feature improved live indicators showing stock levels with green, yellow, and red states, ensuring strategic placement and efficient city coverage. Distributors receive rewards for restocking boxes, with expanded visual feedback elements and optimized syncing across all players.
Server owners can customize pricing, visuals, workflows, and reward systems through a flexible configuration structure. The Newspaper also introduces new administrative tools, allowing staff to quickly manage newspapers, reset boxes, issue test prints, and perform maintenance actions directly in-game without needing external tools.
Newspaper is built for roleplay-focused servers seeking a polished, fully interactive media system. Its refined interfaces, synchronized mechanics, and expanded management tools provide everything needed to create a dynamic and professional in-game news network.
