[Explanation]

Let your players register the vehicle for 7, 15, 30 or 60 days (can be set higher or lower in the config).

There is also the option of deducting $5000 each time the vehicle is taken out of the garage if the vehicle is not registered.

Police job (can be configured in config.lua) can check if any plates on the server are registered (it also prints the number of days for which it is registered).
