Elevated Code - Patient Triage

Introducing Patient Triage by Elevated Code, the Patient Triage script allows players to triage casualties in a mass casualty situation. Once a casualty has been triaged, it is viewable by all players and remains persistent until the player disconnects or the tag is manually removed.
